Shayla's Birthday Trip: Disneyland and Build-A-Bear

This week is Shayla's birthday week so my blog posts will be dedicated to HER This week!  She chose to go to Disneyland over a birthday party for her birthday celebration.  We had not been in 3 years so I was really looking forward to it as well - and of course with Mitchell's love for Cars we had to go to California Adventure as well!  WE went last weekend as were busy this weekend and Shayla's birthday weekend is Memorial day so I did not want to do Disney then!  Anyway, Mitchell was a bit under the weather so probably did not enjoy it as much as he could have as he stayed in the stroller a lot, no normal running around, but loved looking at everything! We had fun but it was still super busy so we only actually got on a few rides all day (Mater Ride, Soaring over California - Shay's Favorite, Grizzly River Run, Star Tours, Pirates) !  But we saw the Aladdin show, Newsboy show and did Toon Town and the parade so we stayed entertained!

Ice Cream!  And we loved doing the Pin Trading!  I bought a set of random pins for $5 on ebay and we got to exchange them - Shay is collecting the Pluto ones (dogs of course!). I like the classic Mickey and Minnie ones!

The next day we walked Downtown Disney and went to Build-A-Bear.  Shayla has been saving $ for a year to get something special.  She saved $50 - birthday last year, Christmas and money she earned from helping me with Scensty and finding my change!  Anyway, she was soo excited to finally get a Dog with accessories! 
Mitchell wanted all of these dinos - he was not happy when I said he could only have one!
