This weekend we broke out our camping great for the first camping trip of the season. We go on one or two group campouts with our Moms group every year and it was a fun way to unofficially kick off the summer! WE went to the Ventura ranch KOA in Santa Paula which I have talked about before - it is great with lots of kids activities, nice little hiking trails, many camp options (rv, tent, teepee, cabins) etc. And by fall they "should" have their pool ready! Anyway it was a fun camping trip and each year as the kids get older gets a bit easier too!
