First a Disclaimer: I post a lot of the same photos on my blog that I do on facebook because several members of my family are not on facebook and read my blog and vice versa with my friends that read FB but do not look at my blog, but if you follow both - you get double the cuteness!
So there's nothing to get your kids excited about something than to hold a party for it - hence Potty Party time! Actually, there is this website called House Party where they invite you to apply to host a party as a type
of advertisement for a product. It is a great idea and some parties are a lot cooler than others. A fun thing for moms to try! Well, a few of my friends and I all applied for the Pull Up House Party since we have potty training age kids, and we all got accepted! So we rallied together for a Potty Party! They sent us a coupon for free pull ups and then for each guest we got about 10 sets of stuff - inflatable guitars for the Potty Dance, A Potty Dance DVD, dance chart and coupons. It was a cute idea so we put the kids in their pull ups, brought our potties and let them dance and pee away!

(Only 1 kid actually went on one of the potties but at least the got a better idea of what to do!).
Here's a pic from about a week ago first thing in morning (fits the theme) of us at home - Mitchell so far has not shown any interest in the little potties and prefers to go (#2 only - I know TMI) on the big potty. Shay will sit and read him a book. So nice that she loves to help him and keep him entertained on the pot!

So fun! We got a pull-up potty training kit for the boys with pull-ups, chart and a crown. We mostly used the pull-ups and they LOVED the crown that they got to wear when they were all trained!
