So, when I was in college, I made the trek into L.A. to attempt to get on the Price is Right show and win a car or something. Unfortunately I did not win, but the friend - Traci - I went with did - so I AM lucky if anyone needs a game show sidekick/good luck charm. Anyway, I was reminded of this fun experience when I was visiting Traci's blog and she summed up the experience pretty nicely. I have a horrible memory (I mostly remember the long wait, the funny people in line, and jumping up on stage at the end) but she brought it all back to me. Here is her post about our day - if you want proof, check out the 2nd youtube video at the end around 6:35 where I run on stage and hug Traci since I am so excited and surprised she actually won and 7:45 wheer I shake his hand and check out her new trailer (which she ended up selling but had to pay tons of taxes)! Check it out! Thanks Traci for the memory!

Larissa...you are a dork!
Larissa, I went to a taping of the Price is Right too. It made me laugh. Everything you said is sooo true!
i tried to email you but it came back! i wanted you to look at my new business. look at www.sistersproduce.com or the blog:
www.sistersproduce.blogspot.com
let me know if you are interested or any feed back would be great.
I'm pretty sure you WERE the good luck charm. You should be offering your services to people for a hefty price, and let them know that your presence guarantees them a trip down to contestant's row.
That was a pretty fun day -- I am so glad you were there with me!
