Fall Break Fun 2013

The kids get a week off of school in the fall for Fall Break!  We took advantage of this time off of school to have some fun and visit family!

Kicked it off Friday with a fieldtrip to the Pumpkin Patch with Mitchell's preschool.  Here he is with his two best school buddies - AJ and Broden.

The Corn Maze - we went in the advanced maze I guess as it took us FOREVER to get out of and it was huge!  The kids kept running around the corners and I was trying not to lose them!

We then went to visit my family and spend time with all the cousins!  They did not have the whole week off, but had Monday off so we got to play!

We made caramel apples!  My friend let us come over and pick apples from her trees so we had to make caramel apples.  We made homemade caramel which was sooo yummy too!

 
The kids loved them of course!  Each got to make their own!

BUT their favorite was holding kitties!  Shay said this was her favorite part of Fall Break (;
They loved cuddling them and spent a lot of time with these two cute, friendly kitties!

We also got to visit my Grandma Betty!  She rocks - here she is at 89 playing Hot and Cold with Mitchell - he loved playing with her. 

 
We had a house party (https://www.houseparty.com/) for Twister Game and Bedazzled.  It was great to see friends we don't get to see very often that go to different schools than the kids, so they loved spending time together!
