Four Months Old!

Oh four months old is one of my favorite ages! Babies are just sooo cute at this stage, laughing and smiling all the time with little encouragement, soaking in their surroundings, still sleeping a lot and eating less frequently, not able to crawl/walk yet - great times! Anyway, Mitchell is now four months old!!! He is such a sweet boy and I love him dearly as does the rest of the family! He had his 4th month appointment today and the doctor was impressed with how strong and alert he is! Barely whimpered from his shots too - what a stud! His right eye still has an immature/underdeveloped tear duct so I hope that goes away soon! He rolls from back to front a lot but it is hard for him to turn from front to back and then he gets frustrated. He is also very much into chewing on anything he can grab and put in his mouth - burp rags, his toys, Shayla's hair - the pre-teething stage which creates tons of drool. He is always so happy except when I give him a toy to chew on after about a minute he drops it or can't get it into his mouth just the right way and he gets so mad! It is funny and sad at the same time so I think I just have to stop giving him toys to chew on until he has a bit more coordination. He loves it when Shayla sings to him or makes funny faces. He loves peak-a-boo, his baths and being outdoors! He is a big boy in the 95% for both height and weight!
