Okay, I had to post the latest monthly update on Shayla!
She turned 8 months old on Wednesday of this week! I cannot believe she is 8 months old already! She is so much fun!
Her growth has slowed and she is just at about 20 (not sure length - she won't sit still so I can measure her).
Latest: She got her second bottom tooth this month, she started crawling forward about a week ago, her hair is growing back more, she plays tag (where I slowly try to catch her and she tries to crawl away from me - it is the cutest thing) and she understands what "no" means - as in "No, don't eat the cords" or "No, don't bite mommy there". She has had a fun month spending lots of time with our baby friends at playgroups and going to a baby music class (Kindermusik!). She is just a joy to be around everyday and Jon and I love having her as our little girl!

Yes, I agree, Shayla's smile is so awesome, just like her mama's! She's adorable and so happy all the time!
