Release of the ladybugs
9/8/07 - Okay, so this past Saturday Shayla and I went down to attend our friend's 1-year old birthday party! Little Anabelle turned one - it is fun to have friends who have babies so close in age to Shayla! There were babies born to 6 of my closer friends within a year of Shayla - and 2 of my sisters! Anyway, despite spending 7 1/2 hours in traffic (no fun, but that's L.A. for you!), we had a great time at Anabelle's Ladybug party. Her mommy did a great job - look at the cute cake! And she even had a "release of the ladybugs" - although they didn't go far! So that was our fun weekend!
