Last year I started the tradition of conducting an annual birthday interview with my kids. Basically I ask them questions to get a sense of who they are at the age of their birthday. It is hard to ask open ended questions and get more than a one word response, and my favorite parts are when she goes on about something vs answering the question, so I probably should have let her do that more often in the interview, but it still went well! So here is Shayla in her 4th Birthday Interview!
