Chocolate lovers - try this!

So, I was on-line looking for a recipe last week and found a link to a recipe contest using Green & Black's Chocolate using 5-ingredients only and incorporating organic into the recipe. I happened to have a chocolate and orange bar on hand which was good because the deadline was the SAME DAY...there are not many things you can do using 5 ingredients, but I have always loved making chocolate sorbet and here's my twist on it for the recipe contest (chocolate/orange combo is one of my favorite flavor combinations). I had to take a photo of my creation, so here it is- give it a try if you want and have an ice cream maker. If you do not have an ice cream maker, you can make it more of a granita and put it in the freezer in a pan for several hours taking it out every 2 hours and raking with a fork to get a granita like consistency until it is a good texture!
Beware, it is VERY chocolatey and rich, but good!

Maya Gold Chocolate Orange Sorbet
Ingredients
1 cup water
2 cups organic orange juice
1 cup organic sugar
1/ 2 cup Green & Black’s Fair Trade Cocoa Powder
7 ounces (2 bars) Green & Black’s Maya Gold Bar, finely chopped and divided in half

Directions
Put the water, orange juice, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, whisking constantly, until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and add half of the Green & Black’s Maya Gold Bar chopped chocolate (3.5 ounces or 1 bar). Whisk in the chopped chocolate until it is completely melted and is incorporated into mix.
Let cool until room temperature and then refrigerate until cool (4 hours or overnight). Place in ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturers directions. Add the other half of the chopped chocolate to the last 5 minutes of churning when sorbet has thickened. Enjoy sorbet immediately. Cover and freeze until ready to serve again - if there are any leftovers!

That's awesome Laris! I bet you'll win! I've been wondering if there's away to find a posting of all recent cooking contests so that you can make your $$$---is there a site that posts them?
