Mom's Birthday Celebration...

...that means my birthday celebration! That's what happens when you get older, you become "mom"!  AND I love it! I love celebrating as a mom, but also as a friend and a wife!  So this year I had a fun extended birthday celebration as a mom, wife and friend!

Birthday celebration with my kiddos!  I went to LA to meet up with a high school friend Christie and go to the Griffith Observatory!  A cool place to go!  I was surprised how busy it was, but it is so great so I can see why!

A birthday visit and gift from my close gal pal Franny!
Thanks for the cool painting even though I am holding it upside down!

On my birthday night, Jon and I headed to Pantages Theater to see the Phantom of The Opera which I have always wanted to see!  The music was the best part and we had great seats!  It was a wonderful show!!

Red carpet...

The group of friends who joined us! What a fun group!!

More party peeps!

My bestie Heather and I

Then I had to squeeze in one more birthday celebration - shared with my friend Sierra and others- a day at the pool and a ride out to sea on a sailboat!  It was a gorgeous day for both and always fun to spend girl time with this group!

Fathers are the best!

Happy Fathers Day to the three amazing Fathers in my life!

JON - The father to my kiddos and one amazing dad!  from his playful demeanor to his patience to his dedication to his kids, I am lucky to have Jon as the Father of my babies and as my hubby!

The kids made him some goodies!

A special day!

Goofballs!

We got to celebrate with Jon's side of the family too.  Every year we talk a fathers day photo and this year was the first that we are missing Grandpa Terry!  He is missed and was an amazing grandpa to my husband and myself!  He raised Terry, my father-in-law, to be a great dad too!  What a legacy!

I got to see my dad and spend some time with him in Santa Barbara too during Fathers day week!  What an example of joy and perseverance and hard wok (he he does had 7 kids and 23 grandkids!)

I am so thankful for an amazing dad!

Mitchell's Preschool Graduation

Preschool days are over!  Mitchell graduated from Preschool on May 28.  My baby boy is growing up!  We loved going to Sonshine preschool and loved making friends with everyone there!  We will miss it but Mitchell is so excited to go to "big kid hard school".
